Face-to-face counselling is
available for those people who prefer to meet with a Counsellor in
person.
Like all counselling, face to face counselling
encourages self-reflection through discussion, to enable clients
to be empowered to make choices that help manage their lives more
effectively. It helps build a more personal relationship than email
or phone counselling and with some people this aids in the building
of trust, quicker than the less personal modes.
It still gives an opportunity to talk privately
and in confidence with someone who offers options for change and/or
solutions to those areas in your life which may be creating anxiety
or imbalance.
As with any counselling session, confidentiality
is assured.

Telephone counselling works
well for those people who find face-to-face counselling difficult
and for those who have a busy lifestyle and want an easy way to get
help.
It is an opportunity to talk privately and in
confidence to someone who will offer options for change and/or solutions
to those areas in your life which may be creating anxiety or imbalance.
The initial call is free and it is during this
first chat that we discuss the area in your life that is not working
for you. From there we can determine the best form of support for
you, and if agreed we then set aside a time for your first counselling
chat session.
As with any counselling session, confidentiality
is assured.

Email counselling is a way
of accessing help from your computer. And like phone counselling
it works well for people who want their sessions to be strictly private
and confidential.
With both email and telephone counselling there
is no opportunity to run into a familiar face and so your anonymity
is completely secure.
After we receive your initial email outlining
your problem, we will respond by asking a few questions, or to outline
where we go from here. If agreed, we make your first counselling
email appointment and from there we work together by exchanging emails.
As with any counselling session, confidentiality
is assured.
